Galvanized 3,750 lb Boat Trailer Torsion Axle – V-Bend | 94" Hub Face | 80" I-Beam

This 3,750 lb capacity torsion axle is built with a V-bend center section to accommodate the shape of your boat’s hull and is sized to fit trailers with 80" wide I-beam frames (measured outside-to-outside). The overall hub face measurement is 94", with a brake flange-to-flange width of 88" and an outside-to-outside torsion bracket width of 82.5".

It includes pre-installed 5-lug idler hubs, constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel for enhanced corrosion resistance. These hubs are fully greased and ready for use, featuring Accu-Lube-style spindles with standard 1.98" dust caps for easy grease application. A 4-hole brake flange is welded to each torsion arm (2 7/8" center-to-center), allowing the axle to accept disc brake kits or drum brake conversions.

This torsion axle has a 30-degree down starting angle and is a great fit for saltwater trailers, offering longer-lasting performance than traditional leaf spring setups. It also features a drainage port at the lowest point of the V-bend to help release trapped water after submersion.

• Seal size: 1.72" (or 1.619")

• Bolt pattern: 5 on 4.5"

• Lug size: 1/2"-20

The hub assembly is factory-installed and packed with grease.
